German MAHA brand durable industrial-grade cold/hot water high-pressure cleaner features an independent boiler fan motor. When the equipment only requires cold water operation, the fan motor does not activate, and the heating fuel pump remains idle, thereby reducing the failure rate of this component and extending its service life.
After turning off the heating switch, the fan motor delays for 20 seconds before stopping to clear exhaust gases and dust from the boiler while also providing a cooling effect. When the heating switch is turned on, the fan motor drives the oil pump to start working, with an automatic ignition delay of 3 seconds, ensuring sufficient fuel pressure for more complete ignition and reducing exhaust emissions during startup. Traditional equipment lacks this function, resulting in higher exhaust emissions and incomplete combustion during ignition.
The fuel boiler is equipped with a 7 cm thick special material cushion at the bottom, making it easier for oil that falls into the furnace to burn cleanly, achieving an automatic cleaning effect. The unique boiler structure design ensures high heating efficiency and low fuel consumption, only 6 liters per hour.
